The customer can cancel the order before it has shipped and seek a full refund. In case of a limited edition merchandise the customer might be liable to a small fees for canceling an order, if this is the case then it will be notified on the product page.
Once the product has shipped, a customer cannot cancel their order and seek a refund. If the customer has received a damaged product then we will refund them at the discretion of our team. Once a refund has been requested please allow 24-48 hours for us to process it.
